"Melanie and Terry were amazing to work with. We were extremely attentive, personable and met our needs. My parents used premier nationwide lending six months ago to purchase their home in Arcadia. We chose to go with them as well for our new home in Fort Myers. What a blessing it was to have found them!"

"Jacqualine was professional and thorough in preparing everything for my loan. She went above and beyond what is required for her job. I was treated with compassion and understanding and felt that she treated me as she would her own mother. I would not hesitate to recommend Jacqualine for anyone's lending needs."

"The Premier Lending Team made the home loan process smooth and easy. I was able to submit all the info needed via email and a mobile app in order to get approved for a loan. Thank you very much to Melanie and Jackie! Not only did they make the home loan process easy but they were able to answer any questions that came up along the way. I highly recommend Premier if you are looking into getting a home!"

"This is our second time using Premier Lending. Jacqualine was amazing with selling our home to buying a new one. I never thought this could be such an easy transaction. Jacqualine kept us updated every step of the way. Very perfessional with such an easy laid back attitude and tons of kindness. She rocked this all the way!! If your ready to buy or sell your home you will not be disappointed with this company helping you every step of the way. Thank you so much Jacqualine for all you did for us."

"We have purchased quite a few homes over the years. Only regret is not meeting Melanie and her team previously. From beginning to closing. They made the process as easy as possible. With the operative word being EASY. Thank you so much for your true professionalism!"

"I was referred to Jacqualine by a local Realtor I met when I started house shopping. From start to finish she was spectacular! She communicated with me the entire time even on weekends and her vacation. This type of exceptional service is going away these days and I'm incredibly grateful for the work Jacqualine put in so I could close on my first house!
